01About me

From the radio booth to the parks.

I’m Joshua Richter, a media producer and storyteller from Long Island. Most people call me Josh.

I started in high school radio, hosting and producing shows across genres. At SUNY Old Westbury, where I earned my B.A. in Media and Communications, I hosted The Curtain Call, a Broadway show on Old Westbury Web Radio. Then I co-hosted and produced Top Rope Talk and Infinity and Beyond Radio, two talk shows that won Media Arts Celebration awards, and served as the station’s Public Relations Director.

Radio led me to Walt Disney World, where I worked as a cast member and my love of Disney grew into a love of guest service. I’ve since earned Disney Institute certificates in quality service and leadership.

In 2020 I founded Four Parks Media and launched the Four Parks Podcast. Today I produce podcasts, video and marketing materials for creators and small businesses, and I plan Disney and cruise vacations through Richter Scale Adventures.

Whatever the project, and whatever a client needs, I bring the same care for craft and detail. I start by listening, keep you in the loop from the first idea to the finish, and give a podcast episode, a new logo or a family’s first trip to the parks the attention I’d want for my own.
